Flu Clinics
Our flu clinics will start from September 22nd 2015. We will not be sending invites out this year again so if you have a chronic disease (some asthma patients excluded) or are over the age of 65 please phone the surgery 647-7321 to make an appointment. On arrival you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire to save time in the clinic so please bring your reading glasses if needed.

Due to contractual requirements we have to inform all of our patients of their named GP. This will not change the level of care you receive and you can make an appointment with a GP of your choice at the practice.

Please inform us if you are a carer or if you have a carer.

Please inform us if you are or ever have been in the armed forces or the TA.
